SCREENED UTILITY FILL SAND

Our Screened Utility Sand is locally sourced from Orcas Island. It has a very consistent gradient, works beautifully for sub-insulation and is mixed and blended well into soils to increase moisture permeability. 

Picked Up Material: $60.00 minimum

Delivered Material: 5 yards and under will charged a short load fee of $35.00 per delivered load. (Included in per yard pricing when ordering)
